I've been SO busy!

I know I've totally neglected the blog once again! I have so many pictures to post and share...if only there were 4 more hours in the day! I did want to post this important bit of information. I am officially booked through the end of 2008. Woohoo! I am currently booking sessions in January. I have also booked several seniors in March & April, so if you have those months in mind for a session it would be best to contact me now and get on the books!

I promise I'll share pics soon!

senior spotlight ~ Ashley

Meet Ashley~ another northwest senior. We scheduled Ashley's session during spring break...while I was driving across Arizona with a car full of barfy kids!!! But I have been excited since then to meet her! When I found out she was a ballerina I squealed!!! Seriously...these things make me happy :) Miss Ashley is also the Major of the Sidekicks drillteam...and one of the sweetest girls I've met so far!!!

This is my favorite spot...i want to steal that orange box and bring it to my house!!!

senior spotlight ~ Emily

I cannot believe how far behind I am on these!!! What have I been doing lately?

Meet Emily! She is one of my '09 senior models from northwest! Her youngest brother & my oldest son played on the same t-ball team the first year we lived here. That is actually one of my favorite things about our community...every where I go I know someone! Miss Emily is also a lifegaurd at the pool my kids took swimming lessons at...see...i love it!

We had such a good time during Emily's session...with the exception of the creepy guy who came up to us and told the totally inappropriate joke!!! And we were in Southlake...we weren't even in the ghetto places I normally go!

So here she is...in all her cuteness! Thanks Miss Emily!

senior spotlight ~ Hannah

Miss Hannah is one of my senior models this year. I was supposed to do their family photos last winter on her grandfather's farm...but it fell on a day that was really cold and windy and we weren't able to reschedule it. But we certainly didn't have that problem for her senior pictures...it was more of an extreme opposite! She has some of the most beautiful eyes i've ever seen!

and the tractor! i wish i had this stuff in my backyard...oh my HOA would have a fit!

i like cows

i think they are cute...and i wish i had some of my own...but i don't...so i took some pictures of some that were at a senior shoot a few weeks ago...this gal wasn't too sure about my camera but she figured she better straighten up if she wanted to be on the blog :)

Senior Spotlight ~ Victoria

Victoria is the sweetest girl! We had so much fun during her session. During her consultation she mentioned a bench she saw in one of my previous sessions...unfortunately the bench didn't belong to me, but I brought a chair that belonged to my grandmother instead. I have to say that this is my favorite image of the year...if not ever!
Her other request was a wide open field and since I live out in the country it wasn't too hard to find one!

Senior Spotlight ~ Connor

Let me just say- this has been the best summer for seniors! I think most people who call me realize that they are going to get something different...which is why they choose me. And when Connor's mom called me it was no different...something fun...he's a diver...what do you think? I was totally looking forward to his session!

Now I have no idea if this is a common spot for seniors in Southlake, it was a first for me! So appropriate since i'm convinced everyone who lives in Southlake bleeds green. Doesn't this one remind you of Jake from 16 candles?Since he is a diver we started out at their friends pool...since they have such a beautiful yard!

But we also stopped by the natatorium where he trains...we weren't sure if they'd let us and we were weren't sure about the lovely fluorescent lighting...but after this shot I knew it was a good choice!
